How to Make a Biscoff Cookie Latte at Home
This latte has been my latest obsession since I moved away from Caramel Brulee for the season! It literally tastes like you’re eating a Biscoff cookie, but better cause it’s a latte!!

Of course you can drink whatever type of latte you want at any time of year. But I just feel like this one is so fitting between winter and spring! Something about it makes me excited for summer to come. And it’s seriously SO EASY!!

Cookie Butter Latte: My latest coffee obsession!!
Ingredients
Method
- The first step is to make your espresso. I use a Nespresso, you can find the machine I use linked below under Walmart and Amazon.
- Before you brew your espresso, put 1-2 Tbsp of Biscoff Cookie Butter in your espresso cup so that when your espresso comes out of the machine it will start melting the cookie butter. It is very important that you stir the cookie butter into the hot espresso until it's completely melted, otherwise you're going to have chunks of the cookie butter flying up your straw.
- Once the cookie butter is completely melted in your espresso, put it is your drinking cup and add about 3/4 c of milk (do 1/2c to start out to make sure you like how it tastes).
- Then add your ice, I love filling my cup pretty full.
- Finally you can top it off with about 1/4 c of brown sugar oat creamer!!
- I hope you love it as much as I do!!
- If you wanted to add a drizzle of caramel around the inside of your cup, you will want to do that before the liquid and ice.
