Easy Apple Bread Recipe for Fall

You guyyyysss!!! I am so ready for fall. I bought these mini apple pies last visit to Trader Joe’s (which I have been dreaming about) so I knew I had to make something with apple ASAP. This really hit for this in-between late summer and early fall time of year.
This bread is dare I say, better than banana bread and DEFINITELY as moist or more! Sorry.. I don’t know another describing word to use lol
So if you’re looking for a way to ease into fall and doesnt take much effort at all, then try this recipe out and let me know what you think!
This recipe is literally so easy and takes way more time to bake than it does to put together. Haha!.

Ingredients
Method
- Preheat your oven to 365 F and melt 1 stick of butter in a pot on the stove.
- In a bowl mix together all of the ingredients in the “1st mix” column.
- Then add the oats, flour, apple, mix until combined.
- Add to a greased and lined bread pan, and smooth out the top. You can add sliced apples on top if desired.
- Bake until a knife or toothpick comes clean. Around 45min-1 hour. Each oven is a little different.
- While it’s baking, prepare your frosting by beating your butter and cream cheese together. Once mixed add in the powdered sugar and chai powder. Mix again for a minute or two until light and fluffy.
- Once your bread is done, you can add the frosting to the top right away, it will get all melty but that’s okay cause it will be more of a glaze. If you want it to be thicker, wait until the bread is completely cooled.
