Unique High-Protein Breakfast Recipe: Sweet Heat snack
I’m typically a pretty eggs and bacon type of girl for breakfast, but this new combo has me obsessed! Normally I am NOT a cottage cheese fan. The way this is prepared makes it taste like you’re eating something so unique! It’s a huge perk that it also has a lot of protein because of the cottage cheese!

This sweet heat dish is perfect for breakfast, or just a nice refreshing snack!!

Easy & Quick Sweet Heat Cottage Cheese Snack!
Ingredients
Method
- First toast your bread. I love Aldi Everything Bagel Sourdough bread for this one!
- Then layer 1/2c or so of cottage cheese on top of the toasted bread. I prefer the small curd although it's just a personal preference.
- Then scatter the Crunchy chili oil around the cottage cheese
- Drizzle with some honey
- Add a pinch of salt
- Voila!! Perfect snack. I prefer this for breakfast
